How to choose the right size?

Will I receive the same product shown in the picture?

Yes, but being handmade products there may be slight differences in the finish.

Will items marked "Sold out" be back in stock at a later time?

We ship our products to wherever you are! What's more, we offer free shipping in Europe!

What is the return & refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more articles within 14 days of delivery of the order. The article must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it, the shipping costs related to the return of the product will not be reimbursed.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Due to high volumes, you may not receive the confirmation email instantly. In the events, you have been debited in your bank account, you can safely know that your order has been successful. We apologize for any confusion and thank you for your patience.
